FURNISHED:

cleaning of kitchen cupboards if ALL ITEMS are removed and placed in front of the cupboard. We do not take any responsibility or liability for any damage or breakages to cupboard items.

Please note that standard blinds are those that can be dusted or cleaned without requiring a specialist or additional time. Material blinds or curtains may require a blind specialist. Venetian and roller blinds will be quoted separately based on the number of blinds on the property. Furnished properties will require a separate quote.

*For items like refrigerators, dishwashers, dryers, and washing machines, cleaning behind or around these items or any heavy object over 5kg (as per our Terms and Conditions) must be arranged by the client to allow our cleaners access for cleaning.

  2. Damp Spots:
    Damp spots can occur throughout the house, often affecting the drywall plaster. While we do our best to remove mould and marks from damp spots, it’s important to note that these spots may reappear due to excess moisture.
  3. Complete Wall Clean:
    Our standard service includes spot cleaning of walls for insect marks, but a full wall clean is only necessary if there are marks beyond normal wear and tear. Please note that a full wall clean requires additional time and may not yield significantly different results.
  4. Discoloration:
    We strive to clean all items to the best of our ability, using our commercial expertise. However, discoloration can occur over time due to normal wear and tear. Items like grout, toilets, and plastics may develop a yellowish tint that cannot be fully restored without specialist intervention.
  5. Tile And Natural Rock Stains:
    While we do our best to remove stains from tiles and benchtops, the composition of certain materials, especially porous ones, may make it impossible to completely eliminate stains without the involvement of a specialist.
  6. Ceilings:
    Ceilings are not included in our Bond Cleaning service and will not be cleaned by our team.
  7. Dangerous Areas:
    Our cleaners will not operate in areas considered dangerous, including those with broken or cracked power points or switches, biowaste, rubbish, or any other hazards.
  8. Heights:
    Cleaning at heights, such as windows in a second-floor unit complex, is not within the scope of our service. Our cleaners do not work with ladders.
  9. Garage Walls:
    We do not clean garage walls or floors as part of our Bond Cleaning service.
  10. Specialist Services:
